Apple-Pecan Stuffing

I do not know about you but we love stuffing year round as a side dish. This one is a true comfort food to us. Pairs well with a Pork Roast, Beef, Chicken, Fish almost any main entrée. I use a loaf (22 ounce) of sourdough bread cut into small pieces, 2 apples rinsed, and cut into small cubes, 1/2 onion diced finely, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/4 cup (scant) melted unsalted butter, 1/4 cup pure apple juice, 1/4 cup (scant) vegetable broth (low sodium). Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl, transfer to a baking dish place into the hot oven set at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Plate and serve.
