Loaded Mashed Potatoes




A comfort food for any main entrée! 5 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and cut, boil in salted water until tender, drain and add into a large mixing bowl, add 3 strips crispy bacon cut into pieces, 1/4 cup Milk, 1/4 stick butter, s & p to taste, 1/2 cup grated cheese (your favorite), handful of parsley chopped, one teaspoon garlic powder and one teaspoon onion powder. Mix on low until all ingredients are combined. Transfer to a baking dish and bake @ 375 for 10 minutes.
